We have just returned from a 10 night stay in the Asparas. If you want a truly relaxing hotel, which offers total peace and quiet, then this is the place for you...
The hotel staff were helpful and the service was generally good. The Zeus bistro and bar has a great beach front location, although in our opinion, the food was a little disapointing.
Many people opt for an all inclusive package at this resort- but we did not as we prefer to experience local resturants. The only down side to this hotel is the distance to the town of Khoa Lak- we were spending about £12 for a return trip by taxi. The hotel does run a shuttle servive bus- but during the daytime- An evening shuttle survice would be ideal.
We had a pool access room, which was great and would recommend this little touch of luxuary. i had 2 visits to the chakra Spa- again bliss.
This resort has a fabulous beach and is a perfect place to de-stress. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to oure frineds.

Perfect for a stress free relaxing break
Very good relaxing moment in my life
I was sick from environment in Bangkok. After arriving there, i felt that there are still very fresh air near me. I recover from my sickness suddenly. And just realize that why I have to go hospital when I get flue. We can spend same amount of money but in very short time in very touchy place. Let's forget hospital and coming here. Our life is so short, let's spend it proper place. If you have money and smart enough pls come and ozone here, at Apsaras.
Peaceful stay with natural surrounded
The location and the resort are matched to our intention. We are seeking the quiet place to stay for our holidays but in the same time, we need activities. We are staying at enjoyable pool access room with the terrace that we had a relaxed time there mostly. We went to Virgin Island for our second day and it is amazing snolkeling and swimming at the beach of the islands. We also met chicken crab in the jungle that made us very excited. We also enjoyed seafood there around Khao Lak area, Memory Restaurant (we met Holiwood stars), Zues Beach Bar (we love rolling chair), Mon Rai Restaurant (we love Papaya Salad), Mon Restaurant (we love local southern food) and the last but the best with seafood reataurant at Bangsak Beach (Kon Tong Su Restaurant)....Seafood there is very cheap. We will come back for sure to stay at our enjoyable pool access room and we don't want to miss to visit Surin Island for snolkeling on the next trip.
Tranquil, relaxing in a beautiful setting with friendly helpful staff
A wonderful hotel in which to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting, walking along white sands on an almost deserted safe swimming beach , or swimming in the infinity pool watching a breathtaking sunset. Our pool access room was brilliant with its own sunbeds and outdoor furniture-completed secluded.Although the majority of the staff could speak little English they went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. For some people the only drawback could be its quiet location with Khao Lak town 15k away so you needed a taxi for alternative restaurants and shops.
